By accessing or using the Mohan Brothers website, creating an account, adding items to cart, placing an order, using checkout, or using store pickup/delivery services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Mohan Brothers. We may update them periodically, and continued use of the website means acceptance of the latest version.

Customers may register and log in using supported verification methods such as OTP. Customers are responsible for keeping their account, phone, email, password, and device access secure.

• We may use OTP verification, secure cookies, role-based access, and two-factor authentication where applicable.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, fake orders, payment misuse, abuse, unauthorized access, repeated failed delivery issues, or violation of these Terms.

Product images, packaging, descriptions, ingredients, manufacturer details, nutritional information, and availability are provided for customer convenience and may change without notice.

Manufacturers may update product packaging or ingredients. Customers should always read the actual product label before use, especially for allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety.

Prices are updated regularly and may change without prior notice. We work to keep prices accurate, but human, technical, or data-sync errors may occur.

If an order is affected by a genuine pricing error, Mohan Brothers may contact the customer to correct the price, request confirmation, substitute where appropriate, or cancel the affected item/order.

All orders are subject to stock availability. Inventory is updated regularly but may change due to concurrent orders, supplier availability, or store operations.

Out-of-stock items may be cancelled. Substitutions will be made only where suitable and with customer approval where applicable.

Customers can browse products, add items to cart, and proceed to checkout without any minimum order value restriction.

Orders of ₹699 or above qualify for free home delivery where the address is within the delivery service area.

For orders below ₹699, delivery charges may be calculated according to the customer's distance from the store. The applicable delivery fee is shown during checkout before the order is placed.

Supported payment methods are Cash on Delivery and Direct UPI Payment. We do not rely on a payment gateway for UPI payments.

UPI payments are manually verified. Orders paid via UPI remain under Payment Verification Pending until the payment is checked and marked verified by authorized staff or owner admin.

Customers must submit the correct UPI transaction/reference ID and payment screenshot or proof. False payment information, edited screenshots, fake claims, or fraudulent payment activity may result in order cancellation and account action.

Home delivery is available only within the configured service area, currently within 12 km of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Customers outside the service area cannot place delivery orders.

Standard delivery is normally within 2 days, subject to product availability, delivery load, customer availability, weather, festivals, traffic, strikes, supplier delays, government restrictions, and other unforeseen events.

Customers must provide accurate address, phone number, and location details. Incorrect address, unreachable phone, or customer unavailability may delay or fail delivery. Store Pickup is free when selected during checkout. Home delivery eligibility and charges are based on the current delivery policy shown during checkout.

Returns, refunds, and replacements may be available for eligible items such as damaged products, incorrect items, or quality issues reported within the applicable time and condition requirements.

Due to food safety and grocery handling standards, certain grocery, perishable, opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items may be non-returnable unless damaged, incorrect, or otherwise approved by Mohan Brothers.

Products approved for return or exchange must generally be brought to the physical store unless Mohan Brothers specifically offers a pickup service. Refund timelines depend on verification, payment method, and operational requirements.

Customers must provide accurate profile, delivery, contact, and payment information; cooperate during delivery; be available to receive orders; and use the website lawfully.

Customers must not misuse the website or services.

• Fraud, fake orders, payment fraud, abusive behavior, spam, reverse engineering, scraping, hacking, malware, unauthorized access, misuse of offers, or interference with website security or operations.

The Mohan Brothers website, logo, images, graphics, software, source code, product data, content, layout, and design are owned by or licensed to Mohan Brothers and may not be copied, modified, scraped, reproduced, or misused without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Mohan Brothers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses arising from website use, delays, unavailability, product changes, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Mohan Brothers will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, pandemic, government restrictions, internet outages, supplier delays, transport disruption, strikes, civil unrest, or other unavoidable circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
